We are guided by our Senior Management, Mike Castle, who has been a leader in the worksite industry since 1988. Over the years he has developed key software to assist in the sale and enrollment of clients and their employees including core and telephonic enrollment operations. With Mike at the helm, we assured a smooth sail.

Whether the enrollment process takes place face-to-face or telephonically, our licensed benefit counselors will review all benefit options available and enroll each employee in their choices.  Upon the completion of each meeting, our benefit counselors will review all choices with each employee and any deductions that will be taken from the employee paycheck.
 
Future Enrollment Options:

Beneport will host an application offering employee benefits brokers and agencies a Web-based workflow management system for managing sales, implementation, commission tracking, policy management and renewal processes. The broker application will provide automated benefits administration solutions with portals for brokers, employers and employees.
