Benefit Coach/Enroller

Beneport utilizes an extensive network of top notch, licensed, professional Benefit Coaches (known as “enrollers” in the industry). Beneport compensates Benefits Coaches on a per diem basis.  Our Benefit Coaches have extensive product, technology and case-specific training making them the ideal ally for employees who may not know which benefits may be right for their situation. The Benefits Coach utilizes a consultative and educational approach to benefits, helping employees uncover any gaps in coverage or areas of need.  For example, if the employee participates in a high deductible health plan, they may be looking for a way to offset some of their out of pocket medical costs. The Benefits Coach might propose that they review and consider the voluntary Limited Medical plan the company is offering.  Many of our Benefit Coaches are bilingual, providing support to those employees who do not speak English or prefer to enroll in their native language.

Depending on the enrollment situation and employer needs, we also utilize virtual Benefit Coaches. These virtual coaches take the form of either an Avatar or a Video Benefit Coach. Like a human Benefit Coach, the virtual Benefit Coach can explain the benefits, give instructions on how to enroll, and even guide the employee through an online enrollment process. We work with employers and insurance companies to ensure a consistent and compliant message to all employees. Virtual Benefit Coaches can also support multiple languages.
