A comprehensive benefit guide consolidates all benefit offerings in one convenient document. Medical and dental options presented in table format can help employees compare plan options and choices.
We include voluntary benefits and illustrate how they work with the other core benefits, filling gaps and/or supplementing the other benefits. Guides can include a message from the employer, highlight important benefit changes, explain complicated benefits,
and provide cost and enrollment information.
Benefit Guides may be either electronic or printed. Electronic guides are distributed via company intranet sites or email. Printed guides are distributed to employees via the worksite or mailed to employee
homes.
Beneport designs and prints benefit guides for open enrollment and new hires throughout the year. Guide length varies based on number of benefits, complexity and amount of detail on each benefit. Guides
may be one color up to full color.
