Beneport works with the top carriers in the industry. Whether group or individual products, core benefits or voluntary payroll deducted benefits, we have the relationships with carriers to negotiate the best products and underwriting offers for our clients.
We continually review each of our carrier partners to ensure they meet our standards in the following areas:
- Financial stability-we want to ensure the carrier will be able to stand behind the insurance products they offer
- Excellent products-our carrier partners offer not only the products that employers/employees request, but also special features, like riders that can enhance the product
- Special underwriting-guarantee issue and simplified issue offers not only make the benefits more attractive to employers/employees but can also increase access and participation
- Outstanding customer service-both employers and policyholders deserve prompt, courteous customer service when there is a question or a claim
- Administration-
- Outstanding billing service-our carrier partners must be able to provide billing in a format that is agreeable to the employer, including interfacing with the client’s HRIS/Payroll systems; many of our carriers offer consolidated billing when one or more carriers are involved
- Excellent claims service is imperative, so that employees receive the true value of the insurance coverage they purchased in a prompt manner
