In addition to our benefit communication and enrollment services, Beneport offers a wide range of additional Human Resources support services. Benefit administration and perpetual enrollment systems to help manage employee information and benefits enrollment year round. Benefit statements and benefit guides to explain available benefits and their value to eligible employees. Dependent audits ensure that only eligible employees and their dependents receive benefits coverage. Likewise, by completing an employee records update, employers can ensure employee emergency contact information and beneficiary information on file is kept up to date. Employee surveys help employers to gain valuable employee feedback on existing and desired employee benefits.

Some services may involve an employer investment to implement; however, if offered in conjunction with voluntary benefits, many of these services are available at a reduced cost.
