Appointment Scheduling page

Beneport makes the appointment scheduling process easy. Our online scheduling tool allows employees to self-schedule their enrollment appointment. This takes the burden off client Human Resources and Administrative teams-no more signup sheets and juggling schedules! Our clients use online scheduling for both Benefit Center (telephonic) and onsite (face-to-face) enrollments. For those who prefer to speak with a scheduling coordinator, we provide a toll free number as a backup.

Employees receive a link to the scheduling tool, create an account including a unique user name and password, and then choose from the available dates and times. Gray boxes indicate booked appointments, while white boxes are open appointments. Once the employee confirms the appointment, they receive a confirmation email showing the appointment date and time.
If rescheduling is necessary, the employee can log on using their username and password to choose another more convenient date and time or they can call a scheduling coordinator to reschedule if preferred.
