Communication Services

Pre-enrollment communication is a key to the success of any enrollment. Beneport is committed to making Human Resources and Benefits Department’s job easier by providing innovative full-service benefit communications services that help employees understand the full value of their benefits package. We tailor our communication strategy to meet each employer’s business needs and methods of communication. We provide a wide range of communication services including print and electronic communications and more.

We work in partnership with employers, brokers/consultants and carriers to develop a customized communication strategy and solution. We begin by determining the way the employer currently communicates benefits. Then we look to understand if there are areas that need improvement or enhancement. This allows us to gage which types of communication and enrollment protocols will work best for the client. The goal is to develop a robust and meaningful strategy to promote the program and client initiatives.

  • Determine current communication methods and client needs
  • Provide detailed communication timeline with objectives, distribution dates, responsibilities
  • Develop design & content (we will work within client’s brand standards and requirements)
  • Carrier approval of all language relating to products
  • Educational based communications are reviewed and approved by employer, broker/consultant

Pre-enrollment communication usually builds from very general announcements to more specifics on the benefits offering. Communication begins at the management level to keep them informed as well as gain their support of the enrollment process. Once the management team receives the initial announcements, communication begins with employees. Communication methods can include:

  • Letters
  • Benefit Guides
  • Benefit Statements
  • Emails
  • Avatar
  • Posters
  • Group conference calls
  • Webinars
  • Public address announcements
  • Content and PDF links for the employer’s Intranet postings
  • Newsletter articles
