Enrollment Services

Beneport offers a wide range of enrollment methods including Benefit Center (phone) enrollment, online enrollment and onsite enrollment at the employer’s work location(s). We match these methods to client desires, employee demographics, and logistics. We are conduct benefits education and enrollment sessions over the telephone utilizing our Benefit Center with employees speaking directly to a Benefit Coach and/or participating online via the Internet. We can communicate with employees in person individually via personalized benefit appointments or in a group meeting setting. We also have the capability to “blend” any of the above enrollment methods to suit employer needs. Our range and flexibility allows us to design an enrollment plan that works best for each employer!

Benefit Coaches and enrollment technology is available to enroll the entire benefits package during open enrollment, voluntary benefits only or off-cycle enrollment and help alleviate the difficult and time-consuming tasks employers face year after year. After the initial open enrollment, we can continue to enroll an employer’s new employees through our Benefit Center on a monthly or quarterly basis.
