Enrollment Technology

Beneport’s proprietary enrollment platform serves as the interface for our entire suite of enrollment methods —onsite (face-to-face), Benefit Center (telephonic),  and online.

Regardless of the enrollment method, each enrollment meeting is very similar. Benefit Coaches utilize our enrollment technology to:

  • Verify employee data

  • Review the available voluntary benefits (and core benefits, if applicable)

  • Confirm benefit elections

  • Conduct employee surveys

    A successful benefit administration process depends on the efficient transfer of date between technology platforms. Beneport ensures that we upload all employee data through a secure process.

    Both during and after enrollment, we produce reports to ensure all eligible employees participate in an enrollment meeting and to tabulate results. These reports are shared with the client, broker/consultant. Our enrollment technology produces many standard reports and, if desired, custom reports are available.

    Post-enrollment data services include employee enrollment data return to the client’s HRIS/payroll systems and internal and third party data feeds to the various carriers. Again, we protect all employee data during this process.
