The security and privacy of employee data is of utmost importance. We have multiple safeguards in place to ensure that data is secure and that our Benefits Center is operational even in the event of a disaster.

Disaster Planning & Security

• All servers imaged and images stored in an offsite location

• All data, including recordings, is replicated nightly to an offsite data center location, using military grade encryption

• All servers and business data stored in a Tier 3 secure data center in a remote location

Business Continuity

• Facility 90 feet above sea level in a CAT-6 building

• Four redundant internet service providers

• Redundant power and cooling systems

• Private substation with diesel generators

• Parallel UPS battery systems

• Able to sustain a 72 hour power outage without interruption

• Able to deploy Benefit Center technology offsite, if necessary
