Virtual Benefit Communication

Virtual Benefit Communication is communication of benefit information via a video Benefits Coach or an avatar. Avatars are digital characters that are fully customizable to fit an organization’s culture. Both provide a great method of engaging employees in learning about their benefit options 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Virtual Benefit Communicators provide a consistent, compliant message to employees about their benefits.

There are many different applications for Virtual Benefit Coaches. Both avatars and video Benefit Coaches can:

  • Assist in pre-enrollment communication-announcing the enrollment and providing a call to action (for example, pre-schedule an appointment online)

  • Present product benefits and features in an engaging and interactive way, even answering employee questions

  • Support online enrollments, guiding the employee through navigating the online enrollment system and presenting product benefits and features

  • Support both core and voluntary benefit enrollments
